The Senior Band is composed of students from Grades 9 through 11 who have selected Band as an optional course. Aside from classes, the band meets once a week after school for rehearsals. The students participated in the Heritage Music Festival in New York City in April 2010 and came home with a silver medal.
On November 12, 2008, accompanied by Music Teacher Sheila Macleod, the band performed a concert at Elizabeth Ballantyne Elementary School in Montreal West, Quebec. The audience was introduced to the various instruments in the band and heard a selection of songs.
