DESCRIPTION:<strong><strong><b>School Closing &amp\; Graduation Ceremonies</b></strong></strong><p>Trafalgar's annual Graduation and School Closing Ceremony will be held Thursday\, June 20 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the school's gymnasium. On this occasion we celebrate and recognize the academic successes of our students in Grade 7 through 11\, distribute a number of special awards\, and present Trafalgar Diplomas to our graduates. <strong>All students are expected to attend this closing ceremony\, and attendance will be taken.</strong> Parents are encouraged to attend as well. Afterward\, the school will host a reception and provide refreshments in the garden. (A great time for photos!) Please take note of the following:</p><p><b>Entrance to the Ceremonies</b>: Please access the gym using the <b>Penfield doors.</b> <strong><span style="color: #ff0000\;">Do not enter via Simpson Street</span> </strong>as the gym gate will be up to control traffic flow.</p><p><strong><span style="color: #ff0000\;">ACCESS TO THE GYMNASIUM FOR GUESTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 2:15 PM.</span></strong>\n\n</p><p><b><span style="font-size: small\;"><b>Special instructions for Secondary I - IV\n</b></span>\nSecondary I-IV (Grades 7-10) students should arrive after 2:15 p.m.\, but NO LATER than 2:30 p.m.</b></p><p>Grade 7 to Room 109</p><p>Grade 8 to Room 208</p><p>Grade 9 to Room 207</p><p>Grade 10 to Room 202</p><p><b>PROPER UNIFORM REQUIRED: </b>All students in Grades 7 - 10 are expected to wear neatly the school's formal uniform: a clean school blazer\, pressed school blouse and tie\, school kilt\, and regulation school shoes. \n</p><strong><strong>\n&nbsp\;</strong></strong><p><span style="font-size: small\;"><b>Special instructions for the Graduating Class</b></span></p><p>&bull\; We have 280 reserved seats for the families of graduating students (i.e. six per graduate/family). <strong><span style="color: #0000ff\;">We ask all graduation families to RSVP online. An e-letter will be sent to the parents of the graduating class when the online registration opens.</span></strong><em></em><strong>This is open seating\, not reserved by family name.</strong>&nbsp\; \n\nDepending on the demand\, additional guests may be required to find seating in another part of the gym. We'll do our best to avoid this scenario.</p><p>&bull\; <strong><span style="color: #ff0000\;">Graduates should arrive by 1:30 p.m. for a special photo shoot&nbsp\;<strong><span style="color: #ff0000\;">that will occur at 2:00 p.m.&nbsp\;<strong><span style="color: #ff0000\;">SHARP.</span></strong></span></strong> This photo will be the cover of the 2013 Victory magazine. Graduates will dress in their gowns and have a group portrait taken PRIOR to the graduation ceremony.</span></strong>\n</p><p>&bull\; We will provide each graduate with a white graduation gown [with a red rose corsage] to wear over suitable attire.
