  If you'd like to speak to someone before applying, you can complete the inquiry form, and Admissions will call you to answer all your questions. If you're ready to proceed, you can apply right away by creating an account.
  
  

  Step 1: Create an Account

  • Create an account to begin the application process.
    
    

  Step 2: Prepare Documents for the Application

  Have the following documents ready when completing the application:

  • Final Report Card from the previous school year
  • Birth certificate
  • Certificate of English eligibility
    • If you need more information on the requirements, click here to view detailed guidelines.
  • If applicable:
    • Most recent Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
    • Psychoeducational assessment
      
      

  Step 3: Complete the Application

  • Log in to your account and submit the online application, uploading the required documents.
  • A non-refundable $50 application fee is required as part of the submission process.
    
    

  Step 4: Provide the QAIS Confidential School Report

  • The QAIS Confidential School Report form will be available in your account. Give the form to your child’s current teacher to complete and submit.
    
    

  Step 5: Register for an Assessment Day

  Choose a date and register your child for an Assessment Day.
  
  

  Step 6: Schedule a Family Meeting

  Book a family meeting with the Head of School to complete the admissions process.
  
  

  Once the steps are completed, you will be contacted with our decision regarding your child’s application.
